个人简介

骆晓,博士,副教授,博士生导师。“同济-WCTRS世界交通研究中心”秘书长,WCTRs SIG F3分委会联合主席,Transport policy 及Technological Forecasting and Social Change等刊物特刊编委,WTC世界交通运输大会(WTC)第二届学部委员会交通工程学部交通安全与环境学科新能源车辆与环境技术委员会委员。 获得国家留学基金委全额资助获得日本名古屋大学博士学位,入选上海市“杨帆人才”支持计划,发表SCI/SSCI检索的学术论文30余篇。主要从事低碳交通、碳排放评估、建成环境评价、数据挖掘及大数据在城市规划方面应用等研究工作。已经完成国内外低碳交通及大数据技术在城市及交通领域应用方面的重大纵向及横向课30余项,在数据驱动的低碳交通、及智慧城市方面有良好的国际合作及国内项目落地经验。 教育经历 本科:同济大学土木工程 硕士:同济大学土木工程 博士:名古屋大学城市及环境规划 工作经历 同济大学交通运输工程学院副教授,博士生导师 同济大学交通运输工程学院副研究员/副教授,硕士生导师 上海同济城市规划设计研究院副主任研究员 获奖情况 上海市优秀城乡规划设计三等奖(2018) 上海市交通工程学会科学技术奖二等奖(2023)
