个人简介

自1999年以来，长期从事交通基础设施养护管理和设施管理系统方向的教学和科研工作，在该领域已有20多年的理论研究和实践应用积累。相关成果曾获国家科技进步二等奖1项、上海市科技进步一等奖2项、上海市科技进步三等奖1项、教育部科技进步一等奖1项、中国公路科技进步一等奖、二等奖和三等奖各1项，发表论文60余篇，专著教材4部，获发明专利6项，软件著作权5项。在成果应用方面有较丰富的经验，曾主持或参与包括交通部《公路技术状况评定标准》、住建部《城镇道路养护技术规范》和《城市桥梁养护技术规范》在内的10余部国家和地方技术标准的编写工作。在智慧运维方面曾主持或参与包括上海、北京和广州在内的20多个省（市）或地区的路桥管理系统研发，系统连续运行最长已达20年，支撑和引领数字运维技术进步。教育经历博士：同济大学，道路与铁道工程（2002.3-2005.3）硕士：同济大学，道路与铁道工程（1999.9-2002.3）本科：同济大学，交通土建工程（1995.9-1999.7）工作经历同济大学交通运输工程学院博士生导师（2014.12-今）同济大学交通运输工程学院副教授（2010.12-今）教育部第五批赴滇西地区挂职云南省大理白族自治州云龙县副县长（2017.5-2018.8）上海市虹口区建设和交通委员会挂职副主任（2014.9-2015.8）美国加州大学戴维斯&伯克利分校路面研究中心访问学者（2012.9-2013.9）同济大学交通运输工程学院讲师（2005.7-2010.12）香港理工大学土木工程系助研（2002.8-2003.2）科技奖励重交通沥青路面设计的理论体系、关键技术与工程应用，2009，国家科技进步二等奖，排名第四重交通沥青路面设计理论及其应用，2008，上海市科技进步一等奖，排名第五沥青路面无损评价与高性能常温再生关键技术，2017，上海市科技进步一等奖，排名第九城市交通基础设施管理决策综合技术的研发与应用，2006，上海市科技进步三等奖，排名第五沥青路面结构维修设计新理论和常温再生关键技术研究，2019，中国公路科技进步一等奖，排名第七公路技术状况评定标准，2008，中国公路科技进步二等奖，排名第八高速公路运营服务质量指标体系研究，2009，中国公路科技进步三等奖，排名第四
