个人简介

同济大学电子科学与技术系(微电子学院)副主任,上海海外高层次人才计划、浦江人才计划、同济大学青年百人计划入选者。任IEEE Biomedical Circuits and Systems技术专委会成员。学士、硕士和博士分别毕业于美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校、哥伦比亚大学和宾夕法尼亚州立大学。博士毕业后加入加州大学圣地亚哥分校(UCSD)从事博士后研究,并于2021年加入同济大学。长期从事低功耗、高能效模拟/射频/混合信号集成电路设计研究,作为项目负责人现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务费课题,参与上海市市级重大专项“人工智能前沿基础理论与关键技术-自主智能无人系统”,曾以Lead Designer身份曾参加美国国家科学基金会项目2项、美国国立卫生研究院项目1项,总研究经费约合人民币1200万元。在高能效、低功耗模拟/射频/混合信号集成电路设计领域开展了多项国际领先的研究工作,近五年获批美国/国际发明专利2项,发表多篇电路与系统领域内顶级会议/IEEE Transactions论文,包括多篇ISSCC、JSSC。 个人教育与工作经历 2007/9-2011/8,美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校,电子工程学士 2011/9-2013/2,美国哥伦比亚大学,电子工程硕士 2014/9-2019/8,美国宾州州立大学,电子工程博士,导师:Prof. Mehdi Kiani 2019/9-2020/12, 美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校,博士后,合作导师:Prof. Patrick Mercier 2021/1-至今,同济大学,青年百人特聘研究员,博士生导师
