个人简介

刘敏,工学博士,研究员,博士生导师,全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC159)委员、系统工程学会智能制造专业委员会委员、上海系统工程学会理事、上海市企业信息化促进中心理事。 长期从事大数据分析与预测、智能预测性维护、智能制造系统等基础理论、方法和技术的研发。主持了国家重点研发计划项目1项(首席科学家)、国家863项目4项、科技部科技攻关项目2项、国家自然基金项目2项、省部级项目10余项,出版《智能制造理念、系统与建模方法》(第一、二版)、《智能预测性维护》、《人机物共融制造模式与应用》等专著4部,在计算机学报、CIMS、APPL MATH MODEL、IEEE TIM、IEEE TMC等国内外期刊及会议发表论文200余篇,SCI/EI检索100余篇(ESI高被引论文2篇),获授权发明专利11项、省部级奖项2项。先后赴美国加州大学洛杉矶分校、弗罗里达大学,加拿大麦吉尔大学、国家研究院、西安大略大学,德国杜伊斯堡埃森大学等国外知名高校和研究机构访问交流。 在有色金属冶炼、石油化工、钢铁等领域开展了智能预测性维护、智能网络协同制造、HCPS驱动的智能制造模式与开放式架构等关键技术的应用研究,研制了智能网络协同制造平台、敏捷供应链、ERP、MRO、设备智能监控等系统,应用于江西铜业、宝钢、中鸿等大中型企业,社会经济效益显著。
