研究领域
1、金属橡胶技术理论及应用研究
金属橡胶技术是XX关键技术,它起源于俄罗斯萨玛拉国立航空航天大学。金属橡胶技术的研究旨在以金属丝为原材料,开发研制一种弹性多孔材料,利用该材料可以制备出具有特殊性能金属橡胶构件,金属橡胶构件以金属丝为原材料,不含有任何普通橡胶,但却具有橡胶一样的弹性和多孔性,特别适合于解决高低温、大温差、高压、高真空、强辐射及剧烈振动等环境下的阻尼减振、过滤、密封、节流及吸音降噪等疑难问题,是高端装备及民品特殊工况下普通橡胶的最佳替代品。
哈尔滨工业大学金属橡胶技术研究所自1998年开始对金属橡胶技术进行系统研究,是我国最早从事金属橡胶技术研究的科研机构之一,成立有“哈尔滨工业大学-萨玛拉国立航空航天大学振动防护联合实验室”,近几年来,中外专家学者成功实现互访合作研究60余人次。承担完成国家自然科学基金项目、国家纵向研究项目、省市重点攻关项目及产业化基金项目等多项课题,结合实际需求开发研制的金属橡胶隔振器和金属橡胶密封件,在实际工况中应用获得了成功。对金属橡胶基础理论及应用技术的研究处于国内领先地位,多项研究成果填补国内空白,替代进口产品成功应用于我国高端领域。研究成果获国家自然科学基金项目完成优秀奖1项、黑龙江省科学技术二等奖1项和XX科学技术三等奖各2项,。拥有相关发明专利3项、实用新型专利6项和俄罗斯发明专利1项。培养金属橡胶技术研究领域博士9人,硕士20余人,发表相关学术论文100余篇。
2、特种环境下阻尼隔振技术理论与应用研究:
多层波纹钢板、钢丝绳及复合材料阻尼器在XX等特种工况下具有良好的阻尼性能和承载能力。波纹钢板和钢丝绳阻尼器制作工艺独特,阻尼系数高;复合材料减振器结构紧凑,重量轻。金属材料制成的隔振器被广泛应用于系统振动保护中。它们具有高阻尼的特点,可以工作在高温和低温、高压、腐蚀性媒介、真空和辐射等环境下。它在空间环境中的良好工作能力是其它材料所无法比拟的。本研究以具体需求为背景,以替代进口、满足实际应用为目的,对高低温环境下金属隔振器的基本力学性能参数、温度特性、随机激励响应等进行理论分析及应用研究。
3、智能化微纳器件与系统:
微纳器件与系统研究主要从事新型微纳电子器件及其系统的研究;主要包括: 微电子机械系统(MEMS)及微型传感器;微流体操控与生物医学传感器及系统等研究。随着柔性电子技术和材料科学的迅速发展,微纳器件的内涵越来越丰富,将在人机交互、智能机器人及移动医疗等领域有良好的应用前景。
