主要研究方向:从事机械现代设计方法、精密、超精密加工及检测技术方面的研究工作,内容包括:1) 机械产品现代设计方法研究;2)光学元件亚表面缺陷形成机理及控制方法研究;3)超精密加工表面完整性的评价、表征和工艺参数优化;4)薄壁结构件精密、超精密加工变形预测及有限元仿真;5)复杂曲面光学元件磁流变加工及检测技术;6)硬脆材料旋转超声加工高频振动效应及刀具磨损智能监测
