研究方向:功能器件微纳米制造及应用技术研究 1. 机器人智能感知传感器系统及柔顺性控制:面向机器人智能感知的柔性电子皮肤集成制造;应用于工业机器人安全、人机交互协作、灵巧手精细操作、人机接口等;主要包括柔性电子器件的设计、开发与集成,电学、力学、温度等信息交互,基于电子皮肤的机器人柔顺性控制,在工业机器人、手术机器人、医疗服务机器人等方面的应用 2. 柔性电子器件在智慧医疗微系统中的应用。主要研究柔性电子器件在人体生理信号长期实时监测、成像、疾病预测、健康管理等方面。包括超声波传感器、压力传感器、声表面波传感器(SAW)等 3. 气体传感器方向,包括:水分、H2S,NH3,H2等挥发性气体极端环境高精度探测 4. 低维材料及其功能结构的可控制造、性能调控及应用研究;主要对象包括,石墨烯,二硫化钼,氮化硼等,应用于红外、太赫兹探测、调制等方面
