个人简介

刘俊岩,1978年12月生,黑龙江海伦人,哈尔滨工业大学机电工程学院航空宇航制造工程系副主任,教授/博士生导师,机器人技术与系统国家重点实验室固定成员,加拿大多伦多大学访问学者,比利时鲁汶大学高级访问学者。现任中国机械工程学会高级会员,中国光学工程学会委员、第十、十一届全国无损检测学会委员(理事),第十届新技术检测专业委员会委员、第十一届新技术交流大会副主席(新技术检测专业委员会副主任委员)、定量红外成像(亚洲)QIRT-Aisa学术委员会委员,第16届全国无损检测新技术交流会大会主席,第4届QIRT-Aisa 2021大会主席。面向航空航天新材料、新结构、半导体材料与器件及医学诊断等领域应用的检测新方法/新技术和航天特种材料/结构极限化制造的需求,主要开展光热科学探测、红外热波成像与视觉智能检测、半导体光电诊断、空间在轨检测与维修、金属激光精细增材制造及增/减材混合制造等研究。承担和参与了国家自然科学基金、国家部委重点项目、国家科技重大专项、国家863计划、国家重点研发、黑龙江省重点应用研发计划及横向项目30余项,累计科研经费5000余万元。共发表学术论文150余篇(SCI论文90余篇、EI收录近40篇),获全国无损检测年会优秀论文奖1项、FENDT矩阵科技论文奖1项,国际光声光热现象大会及论坛特邀报告3次、国际定量红外成像会议(亚洲)邀请报告1次。获黑龙江省自然科学二等奖2项、黑龙江省高校科学技术一等奖、二等奖各1项,授权发明专利20项、软件著作权24项,参编教材和专著2部,参与编写国家标准1项。 工作经历 2016.01-至今 哈尔滨工业大学/机电工程学院 教授 2019.08~2019.09 比利时鲁汶大学/应用物理系 高访学者 2018.08~2018.09 加拿大多伦多大学/机械与工业工程系 高访学者 2012.05~2013.05 加拿大多伦多大学/机械与工业工程系 访问学者 2009.01~2015.12 哈尔滨工业大学/机电工程学院 副教授 2006.09~2009.07 哈尔滨工业大学/仪器科学与技术博士后流动站 博士后 2006.06~2008.12 哈尔滨工业大学/机电工程学院 讲师

研究领域

光热科学与探测技术 开展基于光热效应的材料特性/组织结构表征与评价技术研究。主要包括:光热科学理论与仿真、先进信号处理方法、光热效应与探测技术(PTR —光热辐射探测;PA/PAS —光声与光声谱探测;MOR—调制光反射探测)、半透明介质热物性测量新方法及超分辨光热显微成像与探测。 红外热波成像与视觉智能检测 开展光、声等物理场作用固体材料的热效应、时域与空域调控热波扩散的基础问题和红外热波成像智能无损检测与评价技术研究。主要包括:热传导理论与仿真、热波信号处理与分析、图像处理与智能识别、红外热波成像探测方法(PT—红外脉冲热波成像检测;LIT—红外锁相热波成像检测;UTWI—超声红外热波成像检测;TWRI—红外雷达热波成像检测;TWCT—红外热波CT层析成像检测;3DTWI—3D光学与红外热波融合成像检测)、电子器件封装质量红外热像诊断、结构应力与疲劳特性红外热像分析技术及生物工程/医学领域的光热成像检测新应用等; 半导体光电无损诊断 开展半导体晶圆、太阳能电池光电特性的光学检测与诊断技术。主要包括:载流子输运理论与仿真、载流子辐射复合机制、吸收光子能量损耗与发热机制、载流子传输参数的光学检测、半导体/太阳能电池光电性能红外锁相发光/热波成像探测及空间太阳能电池辐照损伤机制与性能衰退评价等; 金属激光精细增材制造与增/减材复合制造 激光烧结增材制造,选区激光融化及其检测控制,涉及激光增材制造,多种检测手段,及深度学习相关方向。开展激光粉床与熔覆增材制造理论与技术研究。主要包括:金属增材制造成形过程仿真、金属增材制造在线监控与成形缺陷无损检测、激光选区熔化墨水打印金属纳米介质增材制造、增/减材复合制造方法与工艺及增材制造成形性能强化技术等; 空间在轨检测与维修技术 开展空间环境的在轨飞行器损伤检测与维修技术。主要包括:空间光学环境与在轨光学检测、空间热环境与在轨红外探测、空间在轨激光扫描检测方法与策略及空间在轨制造技术等。
