研究领域

面向航空、航天、新能源等领域需求,重点针对难加工材料的激光作用机理、精细结构的表面创成机制及性能表征、超快激光微纳制造技术及应用等方面开展研究工作。主要研究方向如下: 1. 激光复合制造技术与工艺装备 (1)激光复合机械切削加工技术(国家重点研发计划项目、基础科研、国家自然科学基金项目) 开展激光与作业工具耦合能场调控、数控系统编程、多轴协调轨迹规划、激光复合车铣加工工艺与装备、激光复合超声磨抛工艺与装备的研究工作 (2)激光复合射流蚀除加工技术(国家重点研发计划项目、国家科技重大专项项目、共用技术项目、863计划重点项目) 开展激光与射流耦合机理、精细结构表面创成及质量评价、激光与水射流耦合蚀除工艺装备、管电极耦合激光复合电解加工工艺与装备的研究工作 (3)激光光诱微区纳米制造技术(国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目) 开展激光与微纳作业工具耦合的光诱微区解析与调控、结合自下而上和自上而下的纳米制造工艺与装备的研究工作 2. 激光微纳制造技术与工艺装备 (1)超快激光微纳结构制备技术与工艺装备(国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、广东省重点研发计划项目) 开展超快激光时空调控、多材料表面超快激光微纳结构创成及性能表征、新材料表面超快激光改性及应用等的研究工作 (2)超快激光增减材协同制备技术(国家自然科学基金项目、SAST基金) 开展二维材料的涂层结构创成机理、超快激光作用动力学、能源电池制备及表面完整性评价等的研究工作 3. 激光清洗技术与工艺装备(国家重点研发计划项目、广东省重点研发计划项目) 开展激光与表面污物作用机理、污物图像识别与定位、激光高效除漆、除锈、除微生物工艺与装备的研究工作 4.光诱应力制造技术与工艺装备 (1)光诱应力柔性成形技术(国家科技重大专项、自然科学基金项目) 开展轻量化交叉筋壁板激光诱导应力柔性成形策略、工艺与装备的研究工作 (2)光诱应力热裂切割技术(国家863计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目) 开展硬脆材料激光诱导应力裂纹扩展机理、数控轨迹规划、高效无材料去除加工工艺与装备的研究工作
