科研成果
一直从事声、光电子功能材料与器件物理学;声光动力治疗学、医学超声诊疗设备研发工作。首创混合法对机电性能非常优异的PMN-xPT类弛豫型铁电晶体进行自洽全矩阵宏观机电系数测试;结合工程畴理论和晶体畴结构建模,阐明了晶体在不同极化方向与畴结构状态下,大机电系数的起源机制与发生规律;进一步发展了优化晶体声、光、电学性能的理论与方法,并制作了一系列达到国际先进水平的高性能超声换能器,大幅度提升了超声医学诊疗设备的整体性能。近年来,作为课题主持人,承担国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题一项、教育部“新世纪人才”基金项目一项、黑龙江省“龙江学者”基金项目一项,自然科学基金面上项目两项、青年基金一项,国家级、省部科研项目经费累计八百余万元;在国内与国际学术大会作报告17次,其中大会报告4次,分会场特邀报告11次;在国际重要学术刊物上发表SCI论文170余篇,论文他引2300余次。
