研究方向(一) 背景需求 阵列式深微结构的加工、测试精度对航空航天发动机装备的性能影响重大 科学问题 (1)微位移的极限问题及表征 (2)超短或超薄波导间光能量耦合问题及传感机理 研究方向(二) 背景需求 物质分析、尖端制造以及基础研究等领域对高分辨力的光谱分析具有重大需求,亟需研制和发展具有亚fm量级光谱分辨力的光谱分析仪器 科学问题 (1)现有模型未能考虑光纤中瑞利-布里渊间的竞争关系。无法系统地、定量地描述光纤瑞利散射的演化过程与演化结果 (2)缺少有效的布里渊抑制方法与瑞利分离方法。瑞利信号极易淹没于布里渊信号之中,限制了光谱仪动态范围与光谱分辨力的进一步提升 (3)基于MZI辅助干涉仪的波长标定方法对非线性调谐失效。MZI辅助干涉仪仅对相位敏感而非对频率敏感,因此,当调谐非线性存在时将出现原理误差 研究方向(三) 背景需求 大型高端装备在服役过程中对于小型化、高精度、长期稳定、高复用能力、免标定的光纤传感技术具有重大需求 科学问题 (1)变形形式复杂的形变测量方法尚不完善 (2)缺少高精度、高空间分辨力的光纤应变测量方法 研究方向(四) 背景需求 液体火箭发动机的燃烧效率、最大推力和推重比与燃料喷孔的对撞雾化效果具有直接关系 科学问题 (1)现有雾化模型无法分析喷孔结构偏差和相对位置偏差对雾化效果的影响 (2)现有雾化场液滴粒径测量方法存在高浓度粒子场测量困难和测量精度偏低的问题 研究方向(五) 背景需求 航空发动机的高压组合转子包括高压压气机转子和高压涡轮转子,是整机中最为核心的部件,其装配质量直接决定了发动机的性能、安全和可靠性,所以,对高压组合转子的结构状态和装配质量的控制极为关键 科学问题 (1)如何在预装配阶段同时满足转子组件的不平衡量和同轴度指标是长期困扰国内外发动机装配工艺的关键共性技术问题 (2)如何在预试车阶段实现对转子不平衡和不对中耦合故障的诊断识别可为航空发动机的装配调修提供重要指导意义
