研究领域

(一)光电检测技术与仪器 光电检测技术与仪器,着重于光电测量系统中关键光学件(例如先进仪器光窗,干涉仪精密干涉镜组等)的光学性能检测方法与关键技术研究,针对具体检测对象,涉及新型或专有检测原理的提出和完善、光电转换电路设计与调试、信号采集与处理模块设计与硬件调试等方面。 (二)智能光窗与微纳电磁调控技术 研究精密仪器系统中光学透明器件电磁调控技术,基于光波和微波电磁传输理论,采用超表面结构实现光窗的电磁场调控,主要包括:电磁调控超表面设计与制备、多功能智能化光窗设计与制备、编码超构表面智能化设计技术、电磁场调控方法与理论;该方向涉及标量和矢量衍射理论、微波传输理论和分析方法、神经网络、遗传算法、深度学习、微纳制造技术等。 (三)微纳结构光电特性检测与评估方法 针对微纳结构光电特性检测问题,研究基于光学图像处理和微波谐振传感测量的原位在线检测技术等,实现微纳结构的缺陷检测、光电特性评估等。 (四)仪器领域新方法、新原理的探索 针对精密仪器、光学仪器、电磁场调控等方向,探索前瞻性、原创性强的预先研究。
