个人简介
刘杨，男，汉族，1982年生，哈尔滨工业大学教授/博士生导师。
超精密控制研究室主任，主要研究方向为超精密装备精度调控方法，涉及迭代学习控制、系统辨识、自适应参数整定等理论分支，致力于解决光刻机等尖端超精密装备运动生成的核心共性问题。在本领域顶级期刊发表论文25篇，获授权国际发明专利1项、授权中国发明专利35项。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金2项，黑龙江省自然基金1项，国家重点实验室开放基金1项，广东省重点实验室项目1项。作为课题负责人承担国家自然科学基金重点项目1项，作为课题负责人主持国家02科技重大专项十二五、十三五重大项目2项，主持超精密装备相关领军企业委托横向课题10余项。
