个人简介

李承高,男,工程力学博士,副教授/硕士研究生导师,黑龙江省“头雁”团队成员,哈工大青年科学家工作室团队成员,研究方向为土木工程纤维复合材料结构;主持的国家及省部级项目包括:国家自然科学基金青年项目、十四五国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项(含“揭榜挂帅”项目)、黑龙江省自然科学基金、中国博士后站前特别资助、中国博士后面上资助、黑龙江省面上资助、哈工大原创前沿探索基金/科创基金等10项,主持项目总经费为335万;作为核心骨干参与的国家级课题包括:国家自然科学基金重大项目、面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题以及黑龙江省头雁计划项目等。 相关研究成果发表学术论文60余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者身份在 Composite Structures、International Journal of Fatigue、Materials and Structures、Engineering Fracture Mechanics、Mechanics of Advanced Materials and Structures等学术领域重要杂志上发表SCI论文34篇,其中JCR一区论文24篇,中科院Top论文12篇,ESI高被引论文2篇、ESI热点论文4篇,其中2篇论文同时入选为ESI高被引和热点论文;EI/核心论文3篇,H值22,SCI引用次数1100余次;申请国家发明专利20项,授权11项;荣获2022年中国产学研合作创新成果二等奖(排3/9);参编国家标准1项(提交报批稿)、中国工程建设标准化协会标准3项(已立项,编制中)。参加国际会议分会场特邀报告1次,作国际会议报告5次,国内会议报告8次,担任国际会议SAMPE China 2021、2023年 International Conference分会主席(“土木工程建设与基础设施用纤维复合材料”分会场)。作为会议秘书参与并组织了本领域重要学术会议3人次。 担任SCI期刊“Advances in Materials Science and Engineering”、“International Journal of Polymer Science”学术编辑、SCI期刊“Buildings”、“Polymers”、ESCI“Frontiers in Mechanical Engineering”杂志编委,担任10余本SCI/ESCI期刊Topical Advisory Panel Member;担任国际专业期刊“American Journal of Construction and Building Materials”、 “Journal of Civil and Environmental Engineering”等8项杂志编委;担任国际期刊Engineering Structures, Composite Structures, Composite Part B:Engineering, Construction and Building Materials, Polymer Composites等10余本SCI期刊杂志审稿人,荣获MDPI-2022优秀审稿人奖;担任教育部学位论文评审专家/中国工程建设标准化协会标准评审专家。 参与土木工程纤维增强复合材料相关教学研究,其研究成果获得哈工大2019年研究生教育成果贰等奖(排2);连续两年指导本科生获“第二届、第三届SAMPE“碳纤维复合材料在土木工程领域的创新应用设计”竞赛特等奖,本人获得最佳指导教师奖,指导本科生荣获“第十五届SAMPE超轻复合材料桥梁”学生竞赛二等奖,指导本科生大一年度项目获二等奖2次。连续三年(2021-2023)参加吉林省本科生招生宣传,共招录6名考生进入哈工大英才学院本硕博连读(其中两名为院士特色班)。
