个人简介

焦文玲，女，汉族，工学博士；哈尔滨工业大学建筑学院建筑热能工程系教授/博士生导师。兼任中国土木工程学会燃气分会常务理事、全国高等学校建筑环境与能源应用工程专业指导委员会第四、五和六届委员会委员及下设的燃气方向教学工作指导小组组长；中国建筑节能协会区域能源委员会副主任委员、中国城市燃气协会科学技术委员会委员、中国城市燃气协会标准委员会委员、黑龙江省住建厅燃气专家委员会副主任委员、美国土木工程期刊（American Journal of Civil Engineering）、《城市燃气》、《综合智慧能源》等期刊审稿人，《煤气与热力》期刊编辑委员会委员等。先后主持承担和参加国家自然科学基金项目三项、国家科技部支撑重点项目子课题两项、北京市重点实验室项目、哈尔滨市青年科学基金项目等省部级项目近10项、横向项目30余项；获省部级奖励4项；获2016年埃尼奖提名。在国内外学术期刊和国际会议发表论文100余篇，其中SCI、EI收录40余篇；获国家发明专利、软件著作权7项。工作经历 2012.8-至今哈尔滨工业大学建筑热能工程系教授/博士生导师 2007.8-2007.11美国普渡大学机械学院访问学者 2005.8-2012.8 哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院建筑热能工程系教授 2002.12-2005.6哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院博士后 2000.6-2005.7 哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院建筑热能工程系副教授教育经历 1996年-2001年，哈尔滨工业大学供热、供燃气、通风及空调工程专业，获博士学位荣誉称号 2020年获中国土木工程学会第十四届优秀论文奖二等奖 2020年获中国城市燃气协会安全管理工作委员会燃气安全交流研讨会优秀论文二等奖 2020年获中国土木工程学会燃气分会2018-2019优秀论文一等奖 2020年获中国城市燃气协会科技委员会“2020年委员会暨燃气科技发展论坛” “匠人之星”称号 2012年获中国土木工程学会第十届优秀论文奖三等奖 2012年获中国土木工程学会城市燃气分会 2010-2011年度优秀论文奖一等奖 2010年获中国土木工程学会城市燃气分会 2008-2009年度优秀论文奖三等奖 2010年获哈尔滨工业大学 “教学优秀奖”二等奖 2009年获第十一届黑龙江省自然科学技术学术成果奖论文类二等奖
