个人简介

哈尔滨工业大学航天学院复合材料与结构研究所教授,博士生导师。曾于2013年获得首批人社部(全国博管会)博士后国际交流计划派出项目资助赴英国帝国理工学院和新加坡南洋理工大学进行2年博士后研究。 他在2006年从哈工大复合材料与工程专业毕业后,即于同年9月作为本博连读博士研究生免试保送至哈工大复合材料与结构研究所攻读博士学位,在读期间多次获得各种奖学金和荣誉称号并被评为黑龙江省优秀毕业研究生,2012年7月顺利毕业后留校任教。凭借优秀的工作业绩,他于2013年破格晋升为副教授。目前主要从事三元层状陶瓷、极端环境下材料行为多尺度模拟、陶瓷基复合材料、热防护材料与系统等方面的基础与应用研究工作,致力于解决航天、航空、交通等领域的科学与技术问题。近年来,已经在包括本领域的国际顶级学术期刊如Acta Mater.、J. Am. Ceram. Soc.上发表45篇学术论文,被SCI引用1443次,H因子为23。获得授权国家发明专利7项。凭借这些工作,他作为第二获奖人获得了2019年度黑龙江省科学技术奖一等奖(自然科学类)和2015年度黑龙江省科学技术奖二等奖(自然科学类)各1项。在本领域国内外著名学术会议做“主旨/邀请报告”24次。担任陶瓷领域顶级期刊J. Am. Ceram. Soc.的副编辑(Associate editor)和J. Adv. Ceram.的编委以及37个国际学术期刊的审稿人,审稿215次,如Acta Mater.,J. Am. Ceram. Soc.,Eng. Fract. Mech.,Mater. Sci. Eng. 研究领域

本课题组的研究工作围绕一类三元层状陶瓷MAX(MAB)相材料及其衍生物二维过渡金属碳化物MXenes展开,包括该类材料的实验合成、结构性能和使役行为表征,同时采用力学的思想、理论和方法理解、预测和设计该类材料,重点考察多尺度层状结构对材料性能和行为的影响机制,并致力于实现其在航空航天、能源及交通领域的工程应用。 本课题组的研究工作跨材料和力学两个学科领域,按研究内容主要涉及到以下几个方面: 1. 陶瓷及陶瓷基复合材料及其在极端环境下的行为 2. 多尺度物理力学/计算材料科学 3. 断裂与损伤力学 目前正在进行的主要研究方向如下: 1. 三元层状化合物陶瓷的理论设计、实验合成与表征 在过去的20年中,一类三元层状过渡金属碳化物或氮化物MAX相由于表现出独特的陶瓷和金属所共有的性能而引起了人们的广泛关注。针对该类材料的航空航天等领域的潜在应用背景,以工艺—结构—性能为主线,本方向主要开展以下研究工作:(1)新型MAX相陶瓷材料的实验合成和基本性能表征,如氧化行为、力学性能、输运性能、热物理性能以及磁性性能等;(2)极端环境(高温、高压、辐射、超低或高速等)下的MAX相力学行为,包括热冲击行为、高温力学行为(本构关系)、裂纹扩展行为、高温疲劳和蠕变行为等;(3)采用第一性原理方法理解、预测和设计该类材料的性能并进行实验验证,如晶体结构、化学键合、弹性性能、力学行为等。 2. 基于航空航天应用的连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的模拟评价与优化设计 采用有限元、相场、机器学习、分子动力学和第一性原理等方法对连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料在制备成型和航空航天应用中的科学与工程问题进行模拟表征和优化设计。该方向紧密结合国家重大战略任务对陶瓷基复合材料提出的要求,通过与航空航天科研院所以及国家合作开展科学研究工作。 3. 准脆性材料的断裂与损伤及层状结构的增韧机制 MAX相表现出许多令人惊奇的力学行为,如高损伤容限、高断裂韧性、可机械加工。其中,最为重要的是MAX 相在压缩状态下表现出可逆的滞弹性行为,这与许多潜在的应用密切相关。从这方面考虑,本方向拟就以下问题开展研究:(1)从微观尺度(显微裂纹)理解、描述和预测这种现象;(2)改善材料微观结构以获得更好的MAX 相性能;(3)利用独特的MAX相材料研究准脆性材料中显微裂纹的物理本质。 4. 二维过渡金属碳化物MXenes及其在能源领域领域的应用 2011年,美国德雷赛尔大学(Drexel University)的Barsoum教授课题组在实验中通过将MAX相中的A组原子腐蚀掉成功制备出一类新型的二维过渡金属碳化物材料MXenes,后续研究显示该材料在电化学储能领域具有潜在应用前景。本方向主要开展以下研究工作:(1)实验制备MXenes材料并研究其在能源领域的应用,如锂离子电池、超级电容器等;(2)采用第一性原理方法揭示实验现象发生的内在机制,预测和设计MXenes的基本性能,如晶体结构、电子结构、点缺陷、表面化学状态等。
