个人简介
蒋少松,男,1978年生,籍贯陕西户县。研究员,博士生导师,国际超塑性委员会常务理事,2020年获黑龙江省杰出青年基金1项。2021年获黑龙江省科技进步1等奖1项,2012年获黑龙江省自然科学奖二等奖1项。长期开展先进材料超塑成形理论、装备和应用技术研究。主持了国家自然科学基金项目4项,承担国家部委专项等项目12项,横向课题40余项,总经费2800余万。重点开展高温钛合金、高强铝合金、耐热高强镁合金复杂薄壁中空轻量化结构成形理论与技术研究。目前发表SCI论文80余篇,其中顶刊Acta Materialia 论文1篇,EI论文20余篇,国家发明专利授权45项。主要学术贡献:
1) 提出采用场辅助超塑性变形解决传统超塑成形过程中的晶粒粗化及表面富氧导致的性能损耗难题,突破了满足超塑成形构件“控形控性”双重要求的电流辅助超塑成形理论与组织控制机理。通过引入电流、超声波等能量场优化变形性能及组织性能,揭示了场辅助条件下裂纹、位错、孪晶、再结晶、空洞等微观组织的演变机制,并采用不同物理特性成形介质(气体、粉末等)优化应力-应变分布特征,提高了材料成形极限,为新型薄壁复杂构件高性能成形做出贡献。
2) 针对航空航天领域减重的迫切需求,开展新型超轻及轻合金超塑性变形理论研究,深入研究了轻量化结构超塑成形/连接一体化协调变形机理,“超塑成形/中间层反应扩散连接”及“超塑成形/*B”一体化成形理论及组织优化控制方法,实现了镁锂合金、铝合金等材料轻量化结构的一体化制造。同时,开发了新型超塑成形协调变形技术,随温随动一体化成形技术,拉/胀复合超塑成形技术。
目前担任中国塑性工程学会微米纳米材料成形技术学术委员会委员。中国塑性工程学会超塑成形技术学术委员会委员。北京市企业技术中心外部专家,国家企业技术中心外部专家。中国航天科工集团北京航星机器制造有限公司特聘专家,国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后基金项目通讯评议专家,锻压手册(第四版)编委会秘书。
