个人简介

主要从事微纳光子学和纳米光电子器件方面的研究。目前主要研究方向为光与二维半导体纳米结构相互作用、时间分辨发光动力学等,包括新型低维材料及其异质结构的制备与性质研究、高性能光电子器件等研究,已在新型多功能光电器件、纳米材料超快电子动力学的探测和控制等方面取得了多项研究成果。相关科研成果分别在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,ACS Applied Nano Materials, Advanced Materials Interfaces,Journal of Physical Chemistry C等多个国际知名纳米期刊上发表。同时主持和参与主持多项基金项目,包括国家自然科学基金重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金青年项目,山东省自然基金青年项目等。目前担任Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Electronic Materials, ACS Photonics, Small等多个国际知名纳米期刊审稿人。 工作经历 2019年7月 - 2022年12月,哈尔滨工业大学(威海), 讲师 2023年1月 - 至今,哈尔滨工业大学(威海),特聘副教授
