个人简介

刘福运,1995年1月出生,河南周口人,工学博士,助理研究员。 现为材料结构精密焊接与连接全国重点实验室及山东省特种焊接技术重点实验室固定成员。主要从事激光焊接与智能制造技术的研究,包括高效化激光焊接装备及工艺开发、数值化激光/激光复合焊接热-力-流场仿真计算、智能化激光焊接过程监测与控制等。在《Journal of Materials Processing Technology》、《Materials Science and Engineering: A》、《Journal of Manufacturing Processes》及《Science and Technology of Welding and Joining》等国际著名制造类期刊发表SCI论文20余篇;申请发明专利25项,授权专利8项,专利转化1项;参与编写著作《激光-电弧复合焊接技术》1部;主持并参与国家自然基金、国家重点研发计划课题、国家高速列车创新中心研发计划、山东省重大创新工程项目及民品横向项目10余项。 教育经历 2019.09-2023.06 材料科学与工程 哈尔滨工业大学 博士 导师:檀财旺 教授 2017.09-2019.06 材料加工工程 哈尔滨工业大学 硕士 导师:檀财旺 教授 2013.09-2017.06 焊接技术与工程 哈尔滨工业大学 本科 导师:檀财旺 教授 工作经历 哈尔滨工业大学(威海) 助理研究员 2023.06-至今 材料科学与工程学院-焊接系

研究领域

面向我国航空航天、船舶、轨道交通及核电等领域对新材料、新结构及新环境的焊接需求,重点开展激光焊接与智能制造方向的研究。主要研究方向如下: (1)高效化激光焊接技术及工艺开发 针对复杂结构(大厚板、管道全位置等)、难焊材料(铝合金、镁合金、复合材料等)及特殊环境(能场、水下、真空等)开展高效化激光焊接新技术、新工艺的开发研究,探究焊接过程物理机制,完善相关基础理论,实现技术应用。主要包括:激光-电弧(TIG/MIG/CMT)复合焊接技术、摆动激光(复合)焊接技术、能场(磁场、超声)辅助激光(复合)焊接技术、水下干法激光焊接技术、水下湿法激光-MIG复合焊接技术、负压真空(摆动)激光焊接技术、激光熔注技术等。 (2)数值化激光焊接过程仿真模拟 针对激光/激光复合焊接过程热源与材料之间的复杂物理作用,基于ANSYS/FLUENT/ABAQUS商业软件,通过对程序二次开发,开展数值化激光焊接热场、流场、应力应变场的仿真研究,明晰焊接物理过程,指导焊前设计与焊接工艺。主要包括:焊接温度场仿真计算,复杂激光焊接过程熔池流动及匙孔行为的仿真计算,大型构件焊接应力应变场的仿真计算等。 (3)智能化激光焊接监测及质量控制 针对激光焊接质量一致性难以有效管控、快速响应焊接难以实现等问题,通过软件算法开发与硬件系统搭建,开展复杂构件焊接路径智能规划、焊接质量在线监测与控制的研究,实现焊接过程自动化、无人化及智能化。主要包括:焊接传感信号特征提取技术、多传感信息融合技术、用于焊接质量判别的机器学习技术、焊接质量智能控制技术、焊接路径自主识别技术及焊缝在线实时跟踪与纠偏技术等。
