个人简介

杨建雷,副教授/硕士生导师。现任材料学院院长助理、材料工程系副主任。 主要从事轻量化材料塑性成形技术及智能装备方面的研究工作。承担国家自然基金、基础科研计划、配套科研项目、省重点研发计划、省重大创新工程课题级等项目20余项,主要涉及船载、车载及航空用轻质高强材料复杂构件省力塑性成形理论与技术。例如:能场辅助成形(电场、超声、磁场、激光等)、超塑成形(胀形/锻造)、旋压等/增量成形、粉末一体化成形等;共发表学术论文50余篇,授权发明专利/软著5项,获省科技进步二等奖1项(5/9),江苏省泰州市"双创人才"等。近年来,聚焦于国家军事、交通运输及海洋船舶等行业需求广泛的轻量化镁合金、铝合金及钛合金材料,重点形成了“复杂薄壁异形构件传力介质成形技术及装备;难变形轻量化材料能场辅助成形技术及装备”等富有特色的研究方向,并已逐步发展成为一种针对轻量化需求的材料塑性成形共性新技术。 教育经历 2006.09-2010.07 哈尔滨工业大学 材料科学与工程 学士 2012.09-2014.07 哈尔滨工业大学 材料加工工程(塑性加工) 硕士 2014.09-2018.10 哈尔滨工业大学 材料加工工程(塑性加工) 博士 2017.09-2018.09 韩国浦项科技大学 联合培养(合作导师:HyongSeop Kim 教授) 工作经历 2022.03-至今 哈尔滨工业大学(威海)院长助理 2021.05-至今 哈尔滨工业大学(威海) 硕士生导师 2021.01-至今 哈尔滨工业大学(威海) 材料工程系副主任 2018.10-至今 哈尔滨工业大学(威海) 讲师、副教授 主要任职及荣誉 Guest Editor for Materials,Frontiers In Metals and Alloys 国家自然基金 通讯评审专家 江苏省泰州市“双创人才”计划,2020 哈工大优秀思想政治工作者,2023 哈工大先进招生个人,2023 大一年度项目优秀指导教师,2022 奖项成果 高性能钛基复合材料短流程制备及其高端紧固件智能制造关键技术, 山东省科技进步二等奖, 2021,(排名5/9) 复杂断面高性能镁合金低碳成形技术及应用, 新能源汽车技术(轻量化)创新拉力赛一等奖,2021,(排名1/5)
