个人简介

洪汉平，教授/博导，加拿大工程院院士，墨西哥工程院外籍院士，国家高层次人才。在加入哈尔滨工业大学之前，洪教授自1996年至2023年任教于加拿大西安大略大学土木与环境工程系。在加入加拿大西安大略大学之前，洪教授致力于工业界油气管道腐蚀的维护决策优化方面的研究。洪教授在工程概率分析、可靠性分析和风险评估、自然灾害建模以及设计规范校准等方面具有丰富的研究经验和贡献。发表国际高水平期刊论文200余篇。参与了多个结构设计规范和标准委员会的工作，其中包括加拿大国家建筑规范和加拿大公路桥梁设计规范。教育经历 1984.09-1988.04 Dr. Eng.
