个人简介

获中国和法国双博士学位,主要从事复杂结构拓扑优化设计、不确定性量化、航空航天超材料设计等的理论方法研究,获高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学一等奖,曾入选2012年教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、首批“香江学者计划”和首批“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才。先后主持国家和省部级科研项目等20余项(含国家自然基金5项、部委重大专项课题2项、国家重点研发计划课题1 项)。在国内外著名期刊JMPS, CMAME, SMO, IJSS, CAS,AIAA J等发表学术论文近100篇,SCI 他引2000次。现担任科技部科技专家库专家,教育部评审专家库专家,研究生教育评估检测专家库专家,参加科技部创新人才推进计划、重点研发计划、教育部人才计划等项目通讯评审。取得的创新性研究成果主要包括:(1)创立了材料场级数展开(MFSE)拓扑降维表征和非梯度拓扑优化新方法,突破了已有拓扑优化方法依赖于灵敏度信息的实施瓶颈,为复杂非线性、多场耦合航空航天设计问题提供通用解决方案。(2)针对薄膜在拉伸荷载下容易产生褶皱的挑战,首次建立基于拓扑优化的薄膜结构无皱化设计模型及方法,精准调控薄膜主应力分布,达到完全消除褶皱目的。(3)建立基于多椭球凸模型、有界场模型的非概率可靠性优化模型,提出关心性能方法,改善了极小极大嵌套优化问题的数学性态,进而建立了多源不确定性混合模型下的可靠性概念、评估与优化设计体系。 工作经历 2022年6月-至今 哈尔滨工业大学(深圳),理学院力学系,教授,博导 2015年1月-2022年5月 大连理工大学,航空航天学院,教授,博导 2012年2月-2014年2月 香港中文大学,机械与自动化工程系,香江学者 2009年7月-2014年12月 西北工业大学,力学与土木建筑学院,副教授 获奖与人才计划 2022年,中国电工技术学会科技进步一等奖:电机先进分析设计方法、仿真平台开发及应用(2022-J-1-12-R12) 2020年,高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学一等奖:含多材料界面的结构拓扑优化设计理论与方法(2020-018-R02) 2018年,辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才 2012年,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划” 2011年,人力资源与社会保障部首批“香江学者计划”
