个人简介

尹德云,哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)经济管理学院助理教授。博士毕业于日本东京大学工学部技术经营战略专攻,历任日本经济产业研究所(RIETI)研究助理、联合国世界知识产权组织(WIPO)研究员、顾问。作为骨干,参与了《世界知识产权报告2019——创新的地理格局:区域热点,全球网络》、《世界知识产权报告2022:创新的方向》的编制工作,并主持发布了WIPO发展研究报告Innovation ecosystem and catch-up in developing countries等。 主要研究方向为技术创新战略和知识产权大数据分析,研究主题涉及基于机器学习的专利数据挖掘,中国发明者的区域和组织间流动,创新集群和全球创新网络、跨国公司全球研发战略、技术赶超战略、科技创新政策等。论文和专著发表在Journal of Informetrics, Scientometrics, PLOS ONE等杂志及牛津大学出版社丛书中。 获得深圳市海外高层次人才、南山区领航人才称号,并担任深圳市科创委项目评审专家,中国(深圳)知识产权保护中心海外知识产权维护援助专家等等。在美国国家经济研究所(NBER)、美国专利与商标局(USPTO)、经济合作与发展组织(OECD)、日本国家科技政策研究所(NISTEP)、东京大学、一桥大学、洛桑联邦理工学院(EPFL)研讨会作报告多次。担任Research Policy、美国管理学年会AOM等国际知名期刊和会议的审稿人,并于2020年担任在挪威举行的创新经济地理(GEOINNO 2020)机器学习与经济地理分论坛主席。 教育经历 2005-2010 武汉大学 本科 2011-2014 北京大学 硕士 2016-2019 东京大学 博士 研究与工作经历 2021~ 顾问,联合国世界知识产权组织,深圳,中国 (Consultant, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Shenzhen, China) 2019~2021 研究员,联合国世界知识产权组织,日内瓦,瑞士 (Fellow, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva, Switzerland) 2017~2019 研究助理,经济产业研究所,东京,日本 (Research Assistant, Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI), Tokyo, Japan) 专业资质 2020.01 Co-organizer of GEOINNO 2020’s special session: Big data, machine learning and the challenge of the geography of innovation 2018.11- Referee for Research Policy, Regional Studies, Scientometrics, Plos One, Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Conference
