个人简介

研究领域

1. 致力于关键零部件,如轴承、密封,中润滑、摩擦、磨损的机理研究,形成其从设计制造到失效的全寿命周期摩擦学解决方案,填补摩擦学基础研究与解决关键零部件卡脖子的摩擦学问题之间的知识和技术空白,以摩擦学使能关键零部件和高端装备升级换代。 具体研究内容: 1) 表面形貌测量、表征、重构 2) 非共形/共形接触粗糙表面流固热-化学-磨损多场多过程耦合形性演变机理 3) 跨尺度摩擦学建模方法 4) 关键零部件摩擦学数字孪生样机 2. 探索和发展以摩擦化学反应使能微纳增材制造的原理、方法、工艺和样机 具体研究内容: 1) 摩擦化学增材制造的“墨水”制备和筛选 2) 摩擦化学反应生成的微纳结构材料性能表征和调控
