2021.09-至今：北京理工大学，集成电路与电子学院，助理教授 2016.08-2021.06：清华大学，电子工程系，博士 2012.08-2016.07：西安电子科技大学，电子信息工程，本科研究成果参与了多项国家自然科学基金课题, 曾获得第一届全国超材料大会学术新人奖，博士研究生国家奖学金，在Physical Review Applied、IEEE TAP及 AWPL等国际期刊发表SCI论文10余篇，出版英文专著1部（剑桥大学出版社）, EI论文4篇，专利1项荣获奖项 2019.11 第一届全国超材料大会研究生学术新人奖 2019.12 清华大学博士研究生国家奖学金
