个人简介

2019-至今,北京理工大学,教授,博导 2014-2019,中国科学院物理研究所,副研究员,博导 2009-2013,新加坡国立大学,美国犹他大学,博士后 2005-2008, 中国科学院物理研究所,博士 1998-2005, 山东大学,本科,硕士 研究成果 主要是致力于后摩尔时代超低功耗信息器件单元的理论研究,从事低维材料的功能设计、物性调控、器件仿真等工作。共发表论文70余篇,被引用2000余次。多项成果受到国内外同行的广泛关注和引用。
