2021/09至今, 北京理工大学,集成电路与电子学院,预聘副教授 2016/02-2021/08,北京理工大学,信息与电子学院,预聘副教授 2018/07-2018/10,香港城市大学,太赫兹及毫米波国家重点实验室,访问副教授 2013/09-2015/08,密歇根大学(安娜堡),EECS,博士后 2008/09-2013/06,华南理工大学,电子与信息学院,博士 2004/09-2008/06,华南理工大学,电子与信息学院,本科 研究成果 以第一/通讯作者发表20余篇SCI论文,其中IEEE Trans. 17篇(IEEE Trans. MTT 12篇,IEEE Trans. AP 1篇)。完成国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,实现多款高集成、性能电调的可重构射频前端器件。博士后期间,完成基于MEMS工艺的相变开关和可重构器件研究。博士期间,提出了多款多频段、多模式微波无源器件,博士论文被评为2014年华南理工大学优秀博士论文。 主持课题 北京市自然基金面上项目,毫米波环形器,(2021-2023,20万) JKW基础加强项目子课题,太赫兹相参阵列,(2021-2024,140万) 研究所技术外协项目,太赫兹功率合成网络,(2021-2023,85万) 国家自然科学基金青年项目,MEMS可重构滤波功率分配电路的研究,(2017-2019,21万) 荣获奖项 获2016年IEEE SiRF会议和2009年全国微波毫米波会议最佳论文奖
