2022.10-至今,北京理工大学,集成电路与电子学院,预聘副教授 2020.06-2022.10,北京理工大学,集成电路与电子学院,特立博士后 2017.10-2018.10,美国麻省理工学院,电子工程与计算机科学系,联合培养博士生(CSC) 2016.08-2020.06,清华大学,集成电路学院,博士 2013.08-2016.06,清华大学,微电子与纳电子学系,硕士 2009.09-2013.07,华北电力大学(北京),电气工程及其自动化系,本科 研究成果 围绕我国在“新一代微纳电子器件”领域的重大需求,在基于低维纳米材料及其异质结构的可控合成、新型微纳电子器件结构设计以及新型神经形态信息器件研制等方面具有丰富的研究成果,在Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials等国际著名学术期刊及会议上发表学术论文60余篇,总引用1700余次,H-index为23。其中,以第一作者(含共同一作)或通讯作者在Nature Communications (1篇), InfoMat (1篇),Advanced Functional Materials (2篇), Advanced Optical Materials (1篇), Nano Research (2篇)等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文23篇,EI论文3篇。 主持课题 国家自然科学基金,青年项目,基于铁电栅硫化钼场效应晶体管的类视网膜神经形态传感器的制备与性能研究,2022.01-2024.12,30万,在研,主持 中国博士后基金,博士后创新人才支持计划,混合维度异质结光敏突触器件及其在神经形态信息技术领域的应用,2020.06-2022.10,63万,结题,主持 中国博士后基金,面上资助一等,基于有机铁电栅硫化钼场效 应晶体管的柔性可编程逻辑门器件的基础研究,2021.06-2022.10,12万,结题,主持 荣获奖项 指导本科生参加2022年北京市大学生集成电路设计大赛,获一等奖3项、二等奖2项、三等奖1项 2021年度北京理工大学优秀博士后 2010年本科生国家奖学金,2015年硕士研究生国家奖学金,2019年博士研究生国家奖学金
