研究成果
聚焦于全无机金属卤化物材料的制备及相应光电器件的研究工作,在视觉传感、偏振探测、光电突触等方面取得了原创性科研成果。近五年来,在包括Adv. Funct. Mater. Adv. Sci.等国际顶级期刊共计发表高水平学术论文30余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表高质量学术论文14篇,授权国家专利6项,成果入选ESI高被引论文。作为项目负责人,获批科研基金项目4项,包括国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、2021年度中国博士后创新人才支持计划、中国博士后科学基金第71批面上资助及中国科学院特别研究助理项目。
