个人简介

周菲迟博士现任南方科技大学深港微电子学院副教授、正高级研究员、博士生导师,入选国家级海外高层次人才(青年项目)、深圳市海外高层次人才(孔雀B类)。主要领域包括:感存算一体化新型信息器件(光控阻变存储器、神经形态感算器件)与系统、新原理忆阻器及神经形态计算系统、智能仿生多模态感算器件/系统、感存算三维集成系统。周菲迟博士至今已在相关领域取得多项突破性进展及首创性成果,发表论文30余篇,被引用2000余次,其相关研究成果以第一/通讯作者发表在多个国际顶级期刊,包括Nature Nanotechnology(ESI高被引)、Nature Electronics(ESI高被引)、ACS Nano 、Nano Letters、 Advanced Functional Materials、Research、iScience等,研究成果被 Nature community和多家国内外媒体邀请报道。获香港青年科学家奖(物理/数学,仅一名),香港创新及科技基金博士后基金、International Symposium on Memory Devices for Abundant Data Computing最佳会议论文奖、IEEE ED/SSC会议论文奖及最佳博士论文奖等多个奖项。主持国自然面上项目、国自然青年基金、广东省面上项目、广东省青年创新人才项目、深圳市面上项目、南山5g前沿项目等多个项目。担任中国光电产业平台专家委员会理事,担任Nature Electronics, Nature Communication, Advanced Functional Materials, Nano Letters等多个期刊审稿人。
