个人简介

赵洪友博士长期从事新型医用光敏药物的研发和临床前评价,激光诊疗设备的研发以及光动力治疗肿瘤的机制研究。由顾瑛院士牵头,赵洪友博士主要负责的国内第一个新型二氢卟吩类光敏药物KAE已经完成临床前功能与安全性评价,即将开展临床试验。参与研发的 “倍频Nd:YV04激光光动力治疗仪” 已获国家食品药品监督管理局三类医疗器械认证(国食药监械(准)字2013第3240155号),光学相干成像仪已获北京食品药品监督管理局二类器械认证(京食药监械(准)字2014第2241232号)。以第一/通讯作者在国际医学期刊 Eur. J. Cancer 发表封面文章1篇;国际医用化学期刊 J. Med. Chem. J Mater. Chem. B ;在国际生物光子学期刊J. Photochem. and Photobio. B, Photodiagnosis Photodyn.
