个人简介

孙乃迪,中共党员,博士,北京理工大学医学技术学院预聘助理教授,特别副研究员,硕士生导师。 孙乃迪博士在哈尔滨工业大学分别获得了电子科学与技术专业学士学位(2010)和物理电子学专业硕士学位(2012),并在美国弗吉尼亚大学(University of Virginia)获得了生物医学工程专业博士学位(2020),随后在美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学(Washington University in St. Louis)从事博士后的研究工作。2022年7月,孙乃迪博士全职加入北京理工大学医学技术学院,任职预聘助理教授。 孙乃迪博士长期从事用于生物体内高分辨率结构、功能和代谢的多参数光声显微镜的仪器开发,及其在心血管疾病、肾脏科学、脑神经科学和癌症等诸多背景下的生物医学应用。作为主要或重要参与人参加了十余项科研项目,包括美国自然科学基金(NSF)、美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)基金、美国心脏协会(AHA)基金等,并与阿斯利康制药公司(AstraZeneca)保持了长期的合作关系。 迄今共发表SCI学术论文20余篇,H因子为7,包括 Kidney International、IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging、Neuroimage、Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery、Biomedical Optics Express 等,累计引用476次。受邀参与撰写专著《The Vasculome: From Many, One》,已由 Elsevier Science 出版发行。 孙乃迪博士目前是国际光电工程学会(SPIE)会员和美国心脏协会(AHA)会员,并担任 Light: Science & Application,Biomedical Optics Express,Scientific Report 等期刊评审。 教育培训经历 2015.06-2020.08:弗吉尼亚大学,生物医学工程,博士 2010.09-2012.07:哈尔滨工业大学,物理电子学,硕士 2006.09-2010.07:哈尔滨工业大学,电子科学与技术,学士 工作经历 2022.07-至今:北京理工大学,医学技术学院,预聘助理教授(特别副研究员),硕士生导师 2020.10-2022.06:圣路易斯华盛顿大学,生物医学工程系,博士后研究员
