个人简介

研究领域

血流功能影像计算、器官灌注计算、血管组织工程研究 基础研究:血管疾病是人类的首要死因,其发病机制、发展预测以及治疗方案的确定需要对血流、血管壁及器官灌注深入理解。本人结合医学影像、智能计算和生物力学,对多种血管疾病进行血流特征研究,提出血流功能学影像计算方法和临床指标;对血管壁组织进行材料属性及组织工程分析,为器械研发及介入手术安全性提供判据;研发器官灌注影像计算模型,为多种脑血管疾病提供量化分析方法。 医学应用:针对多种血管疾病和介入治疗方法,结合人工智能和影像组学方法,实现病灶血管图像自动分割和三维重建,建立智能辅助诊断系统;针对支架等介入手术,结合计算机视觉和生物力学技术,研发虚拟介入手术算法,实现快速、科学、个体化的术前规划;基于多模态医学影像配准、融合技术,建立手术导航和增强显示系统,提高介入手术的操作精度和安全性;开发体外仿生循环系统,结合导航追踪模块和多物理量传感模块,建立手术模拟和智能训练装置,为介入手术提供体外仿生训练平台,为新型介入器材提供评价和检测环境。
