个人简介

范应威博士主要专注光学微创诊疗一体化、生物医学光学、医用光学、医学图像/信号、人工智能、机器人辅助诊疗等方面的研究,针对肿瘤的OCT影像开发了高效的噪声去除算法并针对肿瘤影像特征结合人工智能算法实现肿瘤与正常组织的分类研究;将光学影像与光学治疗实现智能微创诊疗融合,开发了多模态光学影像引导激光消融的智能型光学微创诊疗系统,通过离体和活体原位脑肿瘤实验得到了验证;进一步提出了光学微创诊疗的基本理念,初步创建了智能型光学微创诊疗的基本理论,开发了两种不同光学影像引导光学治疗的光学微创诊疗系统;相关的研究成果已被国际著名杂志《Theranostics》选为封面文章,并被清华大学、国家自然科学基金委等相关媒体广泛报道。在未来的研究中,还将继续智能型光学微创诊疗的研究,以期实现智能光学微创诊疗基本原理的进一步突破,实现术中多模态光学影像引导光学治疗的智能型光学微创诊疗一体化并在临床实验中取得验证,逐步向转化医学方向发展。 在智能光学微创诊疗、生物医学光学、激光医学等基础理论和技术开发中做出了一定创新性工作,在光学微创诊疗和医学影像处理等方面有重要研究成果。截至目前,公开发表期刊论文36篇、国际国内会议论文21篇,其中封面文章2篇、期刊高被引文章1篇,已获得授权专利5项,登记软件著作权1项;主持国家级等项目7项(国家自然科学基金面上/青年科学基金等),参与国家级、省部级、军队等10余项科研攻关项目。作为第二完成人获得2020年度中国体视学学会科技进步二等奖,累计获得奖励及荣誉20余项。 教育培训经历 2014.9-2018.7 清华大学 生物医学工程系 博士学位 2012.9-2014.7 东北大学 生物医学工程系 硕士学位 2008.9-2012.7 昆明理工大学 生物医学工程系 学士学位 工作经历 2021.3-现在 北京理工大学 医工融合研究院 特别副研究员(助理教授)、硕导 2018.7-2021.2 军事科学院 军事医学研究院 博士后 所获奖励/荣誉 2020-2021年度 2020年度中国体视学学会科技进步二等奖(第二完成人) 2019-2020年度 2019中国生物医学工程大会暨创新医疗峰会优秀论文二等奖(青年论坛,排名第1);Award for the contributed talk in 16th Chinese Conference on Stereology and Image Analysis(Youth Forum,排名第1);国际医学与生物工程联合会“青年科学家奖”二等奖(APCMBE2020, 排名第4) 2018-2020年度 博士后按照人才引进计划待遇实施 2013-2014学年 三好研究生 2012-2013学年 辽宁省首届研究生学建模竞赛一等奖、第九届“华为杯”全国研究生数学建模竞赛三等奖、TI杯关爱健康医疗电子创意创新设计大赛二等奖 2011-2012学年 省级优秀毕业生、省级三好学生 2010-2011学年 国家奖学金 2009-2010学年 国家创新型实验大赛二等奖(排名第1) 2008-2009学年 国家励志奖学金
