2022/07-至今, 北京理工大学,网络空间安全,长聘教授 2022/01-2022/07, 北京理工大学,网络空间安全,长聘副教授 2020/07-2021/12, 北京理工大学,电子科学与技术,长聘副教授 2017/01-2020/06, 北京理工大学,电子科学与技术,预聘副教授 2014/01-2016/12,北京理工大学,电子科学与技术,副教授 2011/10-2013/12,新加坡国家微电子研究院(A*Star-IME),Scientist I,电子科学与技术 2008/09-2012/07,南洋理工大学,电子工程,博士学位 2003/09-2007/07,电子科技大学,电子信息工程,学士 研究成果 复杂电磁环境时代,科技制高点从“制空权”向“信息权”“电磁权”转移,对新一代“电磁安全:隐身与防护”提出了更高更严苛的要求。 1.超宽角域电磁隐身表面:提出并验证超宽角广义布儒斯特动态波阻抗匹配理论,实现了电磁波±80°超宽角域动态波阻抗匹配,突破57.8°传统理论极限 2.天线的超宽带电磁隐身表面:研究多模-多模态复合电磁表面波阻抗超大带宽匹配技术,实现吸、透、散多模态波阻抗匹配模型统一,设计实现了22个倍频程多模共形隐身 3.一体化隐身天线:提出了“去天线罩”多模态隐身电磁辐射表面新概念,将辐射融入隐身电磁表面中,电磁隐身表面阵列即为天线辐射口径面,天线成为电磁表面不可分割的一部分 本人共发表SCI论文51篇、EI论文52篇,以第一/通讯作者在Advanced Optical Materials期刊录用论文1篇,在IEEE TAP、IEEE TMTT期刊发表/录用论文19篇;以第一发明人授权/受理发明专利10个。 主持课题 国家自然科学基金面上项目,超宽角电磁表面理论与技术,2023.01-2026.12,在研,主持 国家自然科学基金面上项目,三维周期结构复合谐振模式等效电路综合与谱域Galerkin法分析,2019.01-2022.12,在研,主持 国家自然科学基金青年项目,稀疏金属化通孔阵列的电磁特性分析,2016.01-2018.12,完成,主持 航空科学基金重点项目,基于三维超表面的宽角度人工电磁结构设计技术研究,2020.10-2022.09,完成,主持 毫米波国家重点实验室开放课题,三维频率选择表面的电磁特性分析与设计,2020.01-2021.12,完成,主持 荣获奖项 2022年培养校优秀博士论文一篇(全学院唯一) 2022年培养校优秀硕士论文一篇(全学院唯四) 2018年获北京理工大学科技创新计划创新人才 2018年获UK-Europe-China Workshop on mmWaves and THz Tech国际会议论文奖
