研究领域
基于合成生物技术的微生物细胞工厂构建,以及碳氮中和的高值化合物生物合成。利用酶工程、代谢工程与合成生物学手段,结合生物信息学、机器学习和蛋白质设计技术,进行使能技术的开发、人工细胞工厂的构建、高性能催化元件的创制、以及代谢途径的动态调控,实现高附加值化合物的微生物精炼与绿色生物制造。研究内容包括但不限于:
1. 细胞工厂:基于基因编辑、高通量筛选和组学技术的人工细胞工厂构建,借助生物信息学和机器学习进行功能优化与预测
2. 功能元件:新功能元件的挖掘与定向进化、高性能催化元件的活力调控,结合蛋白质设计技术实现更高效的催化
3. 调控策略:利用基于生物传感技术的动态调控方法以及机器学习手段,实现代谢流的平衡分配和优化调控策略
4. 目标产物:大宗化学品、食品添加剂等高附加值化合物的生物合成
