代谢工程与合成生物学:天然及非天然生物合成途径的设计与构建,底盘宿主的改造及优化,代谢流的控制与平衡,新型代谢工程策略的挖掘与开发(此部分目前技术纯熟,需要有想法的小伙伴开发创造新型代谢途径及策略) 蛋白质工程:蛋白表达及纯化,蛋白结构模拟,定向及非定向改造蛋白(此方向部分依赖计算机,欢迎有意向的小伙伴加入) 生物传感器:新型生物传感器的挖掘与构建,生物传感器的性能改造,基于生物传感器的代谢调控策略开发(目前比较偏重的研究方向,希望有志向的小伙伴能够激发老师更多灵感) 计算机重设计与改造蛋白及生物传感器(此部分老师有浓厚兴趣,现处于初探阶段,亟需有计算机背景的小伙伴加入,我们一起学习)
