研究领域

研究方向为基于人工智能的微生物基因组快速编辑方法的建立及优化、微生物与宿主的互作机理、生物活性蛋白的功能与应用开发等。 具体研究内容包括但不限于: 蛋白质的结构、功能及应用研究 基于人工智能算法,设计及优化基因编辑方法,实现微生物基因组的高效编辑 利用CRISPR/Cas9等基因编辑技术,构建高效微生物细胞工厂 探究微生物(芽胞杆菌)与宿主的互作机理
