研究领域

本团队隶属于张军院士领衔的北京理工大学“复杂环境科学探测中心”,主要从事微纳机电系统(MEMS/NEMS)、石墨烯等二维材料、微纳传感器等领域的研究,致力于将石墨烯等二维材料与硅基MEMS/NEMS集成(二维MEMS/NEMS),研究超小尺寸、高性能石墨烯等二维NEMS传感器等新型器件,例如加速度传感器、压力传感器、湿度/气体传感器等。研究内容覆盖敏感材料特性、传感机理、微纳加工工艺、敏感结构设计、制备与表征、器件研制与性能测试。
