个人简介

1986年本科毕业于原浙江农业大学土壤农业化学系,硕士和博士就读于南京农业大学土壤农业化学系,1991年获博士学位后留校任教,在日本学术振兴会和日本科学技术厅博士后奖学金的资助下,1996-1997和1998-2000年期间分别在日本冈山大学资源生物科学研究所和日本国立九州农业试验场进行博士后研究,2000年7月回国到浙江大学环境与资源学院工作,并晋升为教授和博士生导师,2006年起调入生命科学学院植物科学研究所,2007年7月起任植物生物学研究所所长,2009年7月至2014年6月任生命科学学院副院长,2014年11月起任植物生理与生物化学国家重点实验室副主任,2020年9月起任农业生命环境学部副主任。 主要从事植物响应铝毒、缺铁、重金属毒害等营养逆境的生理和分子机制的研究。围绕逆境条件下植物根系分泌物的合成、代谢、调控及其生理生态功能,细胞壁在抵抗营养逆境中的分子生理机制,类受体蛋白激酶RLK以及转录因子在调控植物响应非生物逆境中的功能及其作用机制等方面,深入系统地阐明植物应答非生物逆境、特别是营养逆境的分子生理机制。迄今主持国家自然科学基金重点项目3项和面上项目4项,国家重大转基因专项课题1 项,科技部重大科学研究计划项目课题1项,科技部重点研发计划项目课题1项等。2002年入选教育部优秀青年教师资助计划项目,同年获第八届高校霍英东优秀青年教师基金,2004年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2006年获国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金,2009年入选教育部长江学者特聘教授。迄今已在Nature, Cell Research,Molecular Plant, Genome Research, Plant Cell, New Phytologist, Plant Physiology, Plant Journal, Plant Cell & Environment, Journal of Experimental Botany等国际权威性学术期刊上发表论文130余篇。 所发表的论文共被引用7800余次,H指数52。 现任中国植物生理和植物分子生物学会常务理事兼副秘书长,中国土壤学会理事,2018年10月起任浙江省植物生理和植物分子生物学会理事长。 现任Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,Annals of Botany,Plant Communications,《植物生理学报》和《浙江大学学报-农业生命科学版》编委,曾担任国际权威性土壤科学SCI期刊Plant and Soil编委( 2006-2011)。 奖励荣誉 2012年度学校中层领导干部校级先进工作者 2012年浙江省自然科学学术奖一等奖 2010年浙江省自然科学学术奖一等奖 2009年入选教育部长江学者特聘教授 2006年度国家自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金获得者 2004年度教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者 学校2006年度优秀班主任 学校2006年先进工作者
