研究领域

（一）昆虫线粒体基因组裂化首次利用裂化特征结合线粒体基因组数据分析，证实了长期存在争议的虱目高级阶元的系统发育关系问题，同时发现了线粒体基因组裂化可能与寄生虱进化过程的宿主选择有关。继续以昆虫为研究对象，更加深入的研究线粒体基因组裂化的分子机制。期望研究结果有助于深刻理解细胞器基因组的结构进化，推动进化规律的发现。（二）农业生态系统中生物多样性检测及食物网解析基于基因组学和高通量测序技术，利用肠道宏基因组学方法构建主要捕食性天敌昆虫与害虫之间的食物网，对重要农业害虫实现动态检测及物种的快速鉴定。
