研究领域

(一)植物病害流行学 研究病原物群体引起植物群体发病后时空动态变化规律的科学。以小麦条锈病、玉米南方锈病等为主要研究对象,研究病害流行因素、遗传基础、时间动态、空间动态、监测、预测、损失估计、防治理论、防治策略和决策方法等。 (二)宏观植物病理学 植物病害的宏观研究,包括宏观规律和宏观治理对策的研究。通过认识植物病害宏观现象、研究宏观规律、探索宏观治理策略,以解决宏观问题。它从生态学、经济学和社会科学吸取营养,主要研究农业生态系统中病害系统进化、病害地理分布、超长期预测和病害宏观治理策略等。 (三)植物病害分子流行学 应用分子生物学技术和方法解决植物病害流行学中无法用传统方法解决的问题。
