个人简介

本人从2008年博士开始至现在,一直从事嫁接植物砧穗间互作及韧皮部信号物质运输的机理研究,在植物体内源mRNA长距离运输研究方面已有较长时间的工作积累,对国内外砧穗间mRNA互作及低温耐受性的调控机理等方面的研究前沿和生产需求有深入理解,在低温信号转导、mRNA运输机理等方面积累了大量的经验。迄今为止申请人发表相关学术论文30余篇,其中以第一作者、共同第一作者、通讯作者及共同通讯作者文章在Plant Cell、Nature Plants、The Plant Journal等知名SCI期刊上发表论文13篇,其中中科院一区(Top)期刊论文3篇。2015年发表在Nature Plants及2016年发表在Plant Cell的2篇SCI关于砧穗间mRNA运输机制的论文入选ESI前1%高被引论文。 工作及科研经历 2016/11-至今 中国农业大学园艺学院蔬菜系副教授 2011/8-2016/3 德国马普学会分子植物生理研究所(Max-Planck institute of molecular plant physiology-Golm)博士后 教育经历及背景 2006/9-2011/6 中国农业大学农学与生物技术学院果树系 硕转博 2002/3-2006/1 北京农学院植物科学技术系 教学工作 工厂化育苗,2021-2022年春季学期,本科生选修课程,主讲 设施园艺学,2021-2022年春季学期,本科生必修课程,参讲 园艺学实验(下),2021-2022年春季学期,本科生必修课程,参讲 Advanced plant biology,2021-2022年秋季学期,留学生研究生选修课程,参讲 科研项目 国家自然基金面上项目“胆碱激酶基因mRNA砧穗间运输调控黄瓜低温耐受性的分子生理机制”(2019-2022)主持 “十三五”国家重点研发计划“园艺作物生长发育对设施环境的响应机制与调控” 子课题(2018-2022)主持 “十三五”国家重点研发计划“设施果菜高产的生理基础与调控”子课题(2019-2022)主持
