研究领域
以番茄等蔬菜作物为研究对象,利用基因组学等生物信息学手段,着力于研究番茄品质、产量、抗逆性等重要农艺性状的分子生物学机制,并致力于为分子设计育种提供科学支撑。主要集中在:
1)解析番茄品质相关基因的分子机理
2)解析番茄果实发育的分子遗传学机理
3)鉴定茄科植物中抗病基因并研究相关基因的互作关系
4)全基因组分子设计育种体系构建和种质创新
