个人简介

林中伟 博士,教授。2000年获中国农业大学农学学士学位,2007年获得中国农业大学农学博士学位。2007-2012年美国堪萨斯州立大学从事博士后研究。2012年受聘为中国农业大学教授,2013年入选国家海外高层次人才计划青年项目。主要从事玉米种质资源演化遗传基础、玉米优良性状形成的分子机制、比较功能基因组学以及玉米分子设计育种等研究。近年来已发表论文19篇,分别发表在Nature Communications、Plant Cell、Molecular Plant、Molecular Biology and Evolution、New Phytologists、Journal of Experimental Botany、Plant Journal等主流杂志上。主持国家重点研发项目玉米课题、国家自然科学基金面上及重大研究计划培育等项目。兼任《作物学报》及BMC Plant Biology编委。 教育经历 2002.09.01-2007.07.01,博士,中国农业大学,作物遗传育种 1996.09.01-2000.07.10,学士,中国农业大学,植物遗传育种 工作经历 2007.12.01-2012.10.01,美国堪萨斯州立大学 2000.07.01-2002.09.01,北京市怀柔区种子公司

研究领域

1. 玉米种质资源演化的遗传基础 本课题组近年来开发了多个复杂性状测量方法,对玉米种质资源的抗倒伏性、分蘖数、穗行数、节根数和开花期等性状进行深入解析,系统地研究了玉米种质资源优良性状形成的遗传机制。克隆了抗倒伏基因stiff1,分蘖基因tin1、tin8,穗行数基因krn1等,发现开花期在玉米节根数的演化过程中起着关键作用,节根朝着更多气生根、更少地下节根方向演化。 2. 作物平行演化机制 发现不同作物中控制分蘖数、穗行数、矮杆、花青素、开花期、芒和落粒基因多功能保守、受到了平行选择。提出了作物平行演化的观点,即作物在驯化、多样化和改良的这一演化过程中获得了越来越像的跨种间“理想作物”表型,这一系统性表型平行变化具有相似的跨种间遗传基础。
