个人简介

李金杰 中国农业大学农学院 副教授 博士生导师,主要从事水稻抗逆相关基因挖掘、功能验证、优异等位变异发掘及育种利用相关研究。(1)克隆了水稻生殖生长期耐冷关键基因CTB4a,研究结果为寒地水稻品种分子选育与改良提供了重要优异基因和理论支撑;(2)提出了水稻生殖生长期耐冷基因的自然分化、演化和育种利用相关理论;(3)报道了生殖生长期耐冷基因CTB2与CTB4a协同进化相关理论和研究;(4) 指明生殖生长期MAPK3和OsLEA9在粳稻冷适应性驯化过程中发挥重要作用。近五年,克隆生殖生长期耐冷基因CTB4a、CTB2、OsLEA9, 抗旱基因OsASR5、OsERF71、OsSPL10等,为选育水稻新品种提供了重要基因源和理论基础。相关成果作为第一或通讯作者(含共同)分别在 Nature Communications、New Phytologist、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Plant Journal等重要学术期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。作为骨干成员参与获得国家发明专利16项、国际发明专利1项、审定新品种1个,其中已有3项专利和1项成果获得成果转让,并将进一步联合开发利用。主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、科技部重点研发计划项目子课题1项、科技部国际合作项目1项。 教育经历 2002.09.01-2007.02.01,博士,韩国首尔大学,农学 2002.06.19,硕士,延边大学,农学 工作经历 2009.05.01,中国农业大学农学院 2008.03.01-2009.04.01,韩国首尔大学生命科学院园艺 2007.03.01-2008.03.01,韩国首尔大学生命科学院农学 荣誉及奖励 2022,“两优一先”表彰 2020,优秀指导教师奖 2018,教学综合奖 2018,最佳教学设计奖
