个人简介

张英华,中国农业大学农学院教授,博士生导师,国家小麦产业技术体系岗位专家,主要从事小麦节水高产优质高效栽培理论与技术研究。曾于2011-2012和2017-2018年先后在美国德州农工大学和澳大利亚CSIRO做访问学者,2013年入选北京市青年英才计划。参与创建“冬小麦节水省肥高产栽培技术”,获中华农业科技奖一等奖,连续10年成为全国主推技术,入选十三五农业标志性成果;主持建立小麦微喷冠层强化栽培技术及规程,已示范应用,实现了“产-质-效”协同提升;参与创建“冬小麦-夏玉米贮墒旱作节简栽培技术”,2021年被农业部列为我国气候智慧型作物生产主体技术模式;参与完成“华北灌溉农田减蒸降耗增效节水技术集成与示范”获河北省科技进步一等奖、“豫北灌区小麦节水减氮绿色高效栽培关键技术创新与应用”获河南省科技进步二等奖、“黄河三角洲小麦抗逆节水丰产关键技术研究与应用”获滨州市科技进步一等奖。近5年主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、子课题2项,国家自然科学基金2项,组织京、冀、鲁、豫专家开展黄淮海小麦缩差增效研究,取得重要进展;参与申报专利20余件;颁布技术标准5项;发表学术论文121篇(其中SCI论文61篇),参编著作和教材3部。主讲本科生《作物栽培学A》和《植物田间技术上、下》等课程,主持校级教改项目3项,获得教学成果奖3项,被评为“中国农业大学最美课堂优秀教师”。 教育经历 2002.09.01-2007.07.01,博士,中国农业大学(直博),作物生理学 1998.09.01-2002.07.01,学士,黑龙江八一农垦大学,农学 工作经历 2007.07.01,中国农业大学农学与生物技术学院 奖励情况 2020年“豫北灌区小麦节水减氮绿色高效栽培关键技术创新与应用”获河南省科技进步二等奖,参与人 2020年“黄河三角洲小麦抗逆节水丰产关键技术研究与应用”获滨州市科技进步一等奖,参与人 2019年“作物节水高产栽培创新团队”获中国农学会创新团队奖,参与人 2017年“农学专业本科生实践教学体系构建与实践”获北京市教学成果二等奖,参与人 2013年 入选北京市青年英才计划,主持人 2013年“粮食作物两熟制光温资源优化配置及其高产高效技术与应用” 获中国农科院科技成果一等奖,参与人 2012年“植物田间技术课程改革与实践”获本科教学成果二等奖,参与人 2011年“冬小麦节水、省肥、高产、简化栽培‘四统一’技术体系”获农业部中华农业科技一等奖,参与人 2011年“华北灌溉农田减蒸降耗增效节水技术集成与示范”获河北省科技进步一等奖,参与人 社会职务 中国作物学会会员 美国农学会-土壤学会-作物学会会员
