个人简介

王小芬,中国农业大学农学院,教授,博导,教育部新世纪人才,美国耶鲁大学博士后出站。中国生物发酵协会酵素分会理事,山东高密市、山西怀仁市等地畜禽粪便整县推进首席科学家。多年来紧跟国际前沿,以微生物发酵关键技术创新为核心,通过堆肥、沼气、农用酵素等技术应用途径开发,开展农业废弃物资源化利用产品研制与农田循环利用技术集成示范,系统探究了资源化产品对“土壤-作物-微生物”系统健康调控机理。目前研究团队发表相关文章130余篇,其中在WaterResearch、AppliedEnergy、BioresourceTechnology等环境生态领域权威期刊发表论文50余篇,获国家批准专利5项。 王小芬老师理论结合实践,在向山西灵丘和沁源提供技术服务的过程中,思考如何将高校的科学技术落地乡村,如何为乡村振兴培养人才,研究生们长期驻扎在山西农村,构建基于微生物工程的农田废弃资源养分回归土壤的可复制模式,建立县、乡、村三级有机肥生产系统,从源头解决农业面源污染,构建美丽乡村。在实践中积累的高校科学技术乡村落地模式及探索通过科学技术乡村落地带动农民积极性,激发乡村振兴内动力的机制等方面积累丰富经验。 2021.12至今 中国农业大学农学院,教授 2015.9-2016.3 英国诺丁汉大学都市农业中心,高访 2011.9 中国农业大学,农学与生物技术学院,博导 2010.2-2010.9 美国耶鲁大学,博士后 2008.12-2021.12 中国农业大学农学院,副教授 2006.9-2008.12 中国农业大学农学与生物技术学院,生物质工程中心工作 讲师 2003.11-2005.5 日本东京大学应用工学部应用微生物研究室 合作研究 2000.9-2006.7 中国农业大学农学与生物技术学院 硕博连读 1996.9-2000.7 山西农业大学农学院 本科 1996.9-2000.7 山西农业大学农学院 本科 社会职务 中国生物发酵协会酵素分会理事 中国农业大学灵丘教授工作站主要负责人 中国农业大学西昌教授工作站负责人
