个人简介

陈建,中国农业大学副教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为玉米基因组学、玉米籽粒发育遗传调控、基因编辑技术等。近年来,围绕玉米籽粒发育遗传调控的分子机制,在籽粒发育全过程转录组动态解析、核小体在基因表达调控中的作用、胚乳基因印记的调控机制等方面取得了一系列重要的研究成果。在玉米完整基因组组装和新型基因组大片段敲除基因编辑工具挖掘方面也取得了重要进展。获得首届博士后创新人才支持计划资助。曾主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,担任国家重点研发计划的子课题负责人。近年来在Nature Genetics、Genome Research、Molecular Plant 等国际主流学术期刊发表论文20余篇。 工作经历 2021.05-至今 中国农业大学,农学院,副教授 2016.07-2021.05 中国农业大学,生物学院,生物化学与分子生物学,博士后 学习经历 2011.09-2016.06 中国农业大学,农学院,作物遗传育种,博士 2007.09-2011.06 中国农业大学,农学院,植物保护,学士
