个人简介

2000年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院获得理学学士学位;同年进入农业生物技术国家重点实验室攻读博士并于2005年6月获得理学博士学位。先后在瑞典Karolinska Institute,美国Vanderbilt University和University of Iowa从事博士后研究工作。2010年5月受聘于University of Iowa作为Assistant Research Scientist从事造血干细胞和分子免疫学的研究。2014年以“拔尖人才”引进中国农业大学,任生物学院教授、博士生导师。 申请人长期从事 T 细胞和造血干细胞(HSC)的分化及功能研究,获得国家“优青”等人才项目资助;主持科技部重点研发计划“干细胞”专项课题,主持国家自然基金“重点”和“面上”项目。主要学术成绩包括:1)发现 TCF-1 时序性调控胸腺 T 细胞分化并抑制 T 细胞肿瘤发生;2) 阐明 SRSF1 转录后调控 T 细胞和 iNKT 细胞的发育分化的机制;3)揭示 m6A 甲基化和磷酸激酶 PDK1 调控 Tfh 细胞的分化和功能;4)解析 Wnt 通路相关分子和 GABP 因子调控 HSC 的分化。申请人以通讯(含共同)、第一作者(含共同)发表论文 28 篇,包括 Immunity、Nature Immunology、Cell Stem Cell、Blood、Science Advances、Nature Communications、Elife、Cell Reports、Cellular & Mollecular Immunology、Science Bulletin和Protein Cell等权威期刊。 教育经历 1996.09-2000.07:中国农业大学生物学院,攻读学士学位 2000.09-2005.03:中国农业大学生物学院,攻读博士学位 工作经历 2005.03-2007.03:博士后,Department of Laboratory Medicine, Karolinska Institute. 1、围绕HSC和血液系统中具有重要功能的成熟细胞亚群的分化发育 利用多种基因修饰小鼠模型分析重要的功能基因和信号通路对HSC自我更新和分化发育的分子机制;转录因子及RNA结合蛋白在T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞等淋巴细胞中的功能和调控机理;RNA结合蛋白介导的mRNA表观修饰(m6A,m5C)在淋巴细胞分化发育、免疫应答和记忆形成过程中的功能和机制研究;GABP和TCF/LEF转录因子的互作蛋白和复合物在HSC及成熟血细胞发育分化中的调控机制 2、利用人源化小鼠模型研究干细胞移植后免疫原性及免疫应答机制
